You guys think this is the dozens or a rap battle. That's hood thinking. Mitch keeps going about getting what he wants done. He's still in office, Trump lost. And watch, Trump is trying to get Republicans to remove him from office and they are going to tell Trump to fuck off. Mitch will still be minority leader.
Mitch has been laying shade at Trump for months and Trump has been trying to get him removed for months. And Mitch showed who has more power with Republicans in the Senate.

yeah, this will be good then... cause within the republican senate, Mcconnell is seen as a good leader except for his relationship with their orange god. So him pushing for him to be replaced will set up a fight that would be hard to win and maybe do some collateral damage.

i concede your points but allow me a bit o a quibble. Nixon did not break into the Watergate Hotel, he was a suspect conspirator to break into the DNC headquarters. Had he not resigned, he likely would have been indicted an a conspirator to commit ___ along with the ones that were caught. He did not record people illegally, he made the recordings because he had planned to write a memoir of his times as president and wanted to be able to recall what was said when and it was only during the middle off watergate, the tapes because known to the public. Nixon forgot he had his own conversations recorded and then assume incorrectly that they would be "privileged" communications but "privilege" does not extends to conspiracy to commit crimes. Hence the SC ruled he needed to make the tapes available because there was likely to be proof of said conspiracy.
