Comments comparing him Valveteen Dream. Another automatic fast forward on the DVR.

:smh: :smh: :smh: :smh:

Nah Son, This aint it. I guess every generation needs this character There was Exotic Adrian Street, Adrian Adonis and the Blue Meanie whatever the hell he was. Velveteen seemed different than the aforementioned he was more of a play of Prince that seemed Fluid but you were not quite sure.
These new ones dont blur the line enough

Daniel Garcia/Bryan Danielson: PPV caliber match. Garcia looked impressive. Danielson must really believe in him to give him this kind of rub. It doesn't even matter that Garcia ultimately lost the match. He got two wins on Danielson. He's a made man now. All he has to do is take the ball and run with it when they turn him babyface.

After giving it some thought I think I know how TK is gonna do it. Punk is not 100% so I think TK has pulled an audible and will bring MJF back next week to setup a three way for "All Out". I think then MJF wins the title by having Moxley eat the pin. MJF has his title reign and when Punk is back to 100% he beats MJF.

Interesting story to be told with Kenny. I can't tell how much of what he did in the ring was selling or if he's legitimately struggling. Either way it's a story that writes itself. He can tell the story that he's struggling until he works his way back into elite condition.
He's said that some of these injuries may be permanent and he likely will never wrestle the same as he did.
It was weird seeing him in a t-shirt during the match.
He doesn't have enough of a personality to get over just on the mic like Stone Cold did when he got injured and came back.
His thing has always been all the flips and the gymnastics. Without a lot of that, he's a lesser version.

Like you said I can't tell if Kenny was selling or still struggling working his way back. But I felt this was a unnecessary spot for him to be taking.
Not to mention it's a dumb and dangerous spot that can injure the fans sitting ringside.
One of these days a fan is going to get injured and sue AEW and TK.

Apparently CM Punk has heat backstage for that promo he did on Hangman last night. It wasn't apart of the script and essentially Punk went into business for himself. Made Hangman look bad by calling him a coward. Reports say it wasn't a work but we'll see.

That was out there. Because with Adam Page's current character, he'll pull up on you.

They can easily flip this by filming a video that shows that Adam wasn't there handling some cowboy shit or whatever, and he catches wind of what Punk said. Have him address it, but not with him giving a full response, just enough for us to know that Punk won't have to watch his back because wants Punk to say that shit to his face.

Didn't watch Dynamite, but reading about whatever CM Punk said, he's such tool. Real bitch made shit.

It makes me wonder if all the shit he spoke of from his time in WWE was really as horrible as it was, or if he was just a fucking arrogant asshole. There's always three sides to a story but he's always came off toxic as fuck.

I have a feeling he's going to eventually wear out his welcome in AEW and TK may have to make a decision between him and their other, younger, stars...

Especially at the amount he's being paid, if his isn't bringing in killer numbers, why bother with an asshole who could demoralize the lockeroom like that.

I'm all for it. Shake shit up. That's what the business needs right now. Everything feels so staged and choreographed in both companies.
I don't mind seeing a guy shoot from the hip every now and then.
Page comes off as soft anyways with his butterfly pants. LOL. He was the weakest world champion I've seen in a LONG time.
This is the wrestling business. If Page doesn't like what he said, come back next week and cut a promo back on Punk.

The thing that's confusing is why is Punk saying this stuff about Hangman now? Moxley is the interim World Champion. Punk's focus should be completely on him as that's the match that's being sold not a rematch with Hangman. From my understanding Punk didn't like a promo that Hangman cut months back on the go home Dynamite prior to their match at Double or Nothing. If he didn't like that promo he should've spoken to Hangman about it face to face behind closed doors. Not waste airtime trying to sell a match that isn't going to happen.

So Okada beats Ospreay to win the G1 Climax. I absolutely hate this booking decision. Gedo over pushes Okada all the fucking time. Why not give the rub to Ospreay, Naito or Jonah? Okada didn't need to win this again.

So Punk got butt hurt about this promo. Why not say something to Hangman right then and there? Why are you taking about Hangman now? I'll be honest with you I was never a big CM Punk fan in the first place because I find him overrated in the ring. Yeah, Hangman may not be the best promo but he delivers in the ring.
