Someone has likely answered this already, but it's an old person filter. The woman in the video is really in her 20's but is using a filter to make herself look older. Then when she sprays the water on her face, she decreases the filter until she completely removes it. There are a lot of videos going around here on BGOL where "we" are saying how granny could get the business because her body is bananas, when it's really a 20/30 year old using an old person filter on their face.
