I really can't understand how there is no video with the amount of witnesses she says was there.

At the same time publicize a potential rape victim? they could all be charged so that is tricky.
I was an MP in Desert Storm with the reserves. A lot of guys in my unit were New Orleans police officers. Prior to me going a few months maybe a year before a guy from St Augustine was shot down it was a big story. One day I was on post and for some reason that incident came up and one of the guys started talking about it and he knew the officer involved and he said he told the guy to throw his other sidearm next to the guys body. In other words make it look like the guy had a weapon on him and it was good kill. I kind of got silent after that. My point is NOPD has always been crooked you would be better dealing with Gotham PD.
Sounds suspect...but this is the age of video phones and nothing get more press than a video being uploaded. I bet if someone uploaded a video of the crime it would get a response.
Think about that road rage shooting that just took place in Houston. If that woman wouldn't have recorded that dumb hispanic chick reckless shooting. They would've gotten away with it. Same with the black woman that was assaulted on side the highway in Dallas. Video footage is golden in bringing things to light and identifying perps.
