Wasnt Rosen a first round pick to the Cards. Dude must be crying in the car watching his position get paid
Man……once upon a time, on draft day about four years ago, I was pissed because I thought my BILLS selected the wrong Josh……I’ve never been more happy to be wrong.

I swore they were going to select Rosen, and when they went with Josh Allen, I was like WTF!!!!

So happy I was wrong and crow never tasted so good.

Although that is impressive to get under that much weight the bar is made to bend. A company called Tsunami makes a series of flexible bars aimed at smaller muscles that stabilize the target area. So to the untrained of those who simply don't know the numbers weight wise can be a bit skewed. Obviously a regular bar is not bending that much. In fact, in powerlifting you use a bar called a Texas Squat bar. The reason being with a normal bar or even a bar like this the whipping motion you get when you walk it back out of the rack can throw you off balance and you end up hurting yourself. Not sure who the NFL trainer is but anyone who allows a multi million dollar athlete to do max effort with this type of bar is a fuckin idiot :smh:

Hold on did they delete the original video?

They read Jack post!!!!!

Since you guys have to play the Patriots twice a year
What do ya'll think of this assessment of Mac Jones?
Solid QB, especially in zone coverage?
But struggles in man coverage since his WR's aren't good enough to beat man?
Or similar to Kirk Cousins? Or similar to Derek Carr?

Honestly, can’t say I’ve seen enough of him last year, even though we played him three times. The first game he threw less than four times and he wasn’t that impressive to me in the other two games. He was a rookie so there is still an unknown factor, lets see how he looks year two though. He supposedly slimmed down but I look forward to seeing how he handles Von Miller attacking him twice a year….

Accurate assessment of the enemy?
Blitz the shit out of Lamar?
Even though it sounds counter intuitive against a running QB
But it worked last year

Injuries last year helped defend them as well. Being a heavy run 1st team thought I would blitz them as well. But I would employ morso a run blitz type scheme clogging up the gaps as opposed to having corners blitz. You certainly can't give him room and time to asses the defense. So yes, this is a good strategy against him.
