It’s changing. My buddy is an English professor (20+ years) and the pronoun stuff is now recognized in whatever guideline they use.

A few years back our work admin emailed us to inform everyone we could modify our email signatures to include gender pronouns. Multicultural workforce with an assortment of locations in the GVRD. From what I can tell everyone just left it blank, and a select few just put: he / him, or she / her.

The only real email correspondence you have is with HR, payroll or management anyway.

When I contact them I keep that shit brief!
