If he's able to care for his child, while she's alleging several other children are going without food (and asserting it's his responsibility), it could very well assist with a petition for custody - especially if other factors come into play (employment, housing, no other children, etc.). While all that remains unknown, that video clearly paints her as an unreasonable parent and increased visitation might be considered.
My money's on the latter of the 2, but may point is, this isn't someone I'd want to interact with much. I'd exercise my visitation through the school or a relative vs her home.

I lived that situation. Baby momma has two other children and lived in the house with their dad. (who at the time was a functional drug addict) . I always did for all three. mine got more than the other two. I was always uncle and my wife is aunt. now they are grown and doing well. they always bring us stuff. gifts every Christmas and birthday like we did for them. Update sending a care package to the girl. She joined the army.
