Unless you want to go back to using 1911s, you'll be pressed to find any pistols that don't hold more than 10. I ran through NYC in the 90s. Guess what? I never asked permission to carry my strap and neither did anyone I rolled with. Same with every fucking state and congested urban area we went through. Point is cats who are out here already strapped up. No street cats asks government permission to carry. We get popped, make bail, and carry later that same fucking day AFTER the pigs walk off with the other gun. That's the real world. That's how guns work in the U.S.

If densely populated urban areas want less gun violence, you don't start by targeting legal gun owners. Start by targeting cats who going to carry regardless.
