Yep dude agreed to take the job, realized that life would be better staying at Golden State so he reneged.

It sucks for Charlotte because they did interviews and picked their guy.

Bruh it is far safer for you to assume that there's NOTHING you know that I don't know. Everyone knows about Wilt's history in track, etc. So don't waste another keystroke. Speculation is a cop out. Creating hypothetical situations about things that can never be proven. Cousy was for context MORON. No one is saying slow ass Cousy deserves anything. But when you claim Wilt deserves consideration for his dominance in an era where HE was one of the biggest, athletes you open the door for all the other players of long ago for consideration who were dominant at their respective position. Just because you don't get it doesn't mean it lack merit. Peace is the best option.

Shit we all know. It's not about Wilt. It's about his competition. His ACTUAL game. What kind of midrange game did Wilt have? Was it like Hakeem's. Shaq was 7'1" 325lbs. You think Wilt going to push him off the block easily? Hell no. He'd have his hands full like everyone else. As far as your other assertion. We're not talking Rudy Gobert. We're talking folks who are either on the list or the cusp and those players are NOT today's players. The best argument for Wilt's ability to actually shoot was his ability to hit free throws. He was over 80% which is pretty solid.

I said the same thing about Mike Brown going to Sacramento. It's great to be a head coach, but I'd rather ride that championship wave with the Warriors than go to that NBA graveyard in Sacramento.

If you were the head assistant coach on the Warriors, was already a head coach in Brooklyn. He's probably getting paid well at Golden State. Just won a championship and it looks good for them defending it going into next year.

I can understand Wilt. Watching Wilt on film. The cat was a fucking beast. Would he have trouble with Shaq. Hell yeah. Who wouldn't with prime Shaq? I been waiting for another Shaq for 30 fucking years. And this is the era of global talent, weights, premium nutrition, and still nothing close to him.

Now the one player that gets put in the top 10 that has no fucking place in their is Bill Russell. It's like no one has watched his film and they are scared to go against tradition. Just parrot his name. His offense was unbearable to watch and his pace-adjusted numbers ain't that great. Bill deserves respect for everything he did as a pioneer, but no fucking way is he top 10.
