Cat fights, disturbances and conflicts amongst women are about to go through the roof.

Sadly, this will become a new normal. Next, son-husbands and sister-daughters will be called in to do the fighting on behalf of her which will lead to some folks pushing up daises.

People like Kevin Samuels sounded the alarm. Few listened or took it seriously.

I think ol girl got caught up in not knowing what she was doing ended up with a roommate instead of doing the Airbnb. It only make sense because the police said she is a tenant. Therefore, she has to evict her.

Sounds like ol girl have to hold the L for being ignorant to the process.

But it still doesn’t make that other chick less of a piece of shit though.
 
I know something similar happened to someone I know, but due to fear. My homie grandmom left him a whole brownstone in Harlem in disrepair. He turned that shit pretty much into a boarding house.

Rent out a room to the wrong person (think Deebo). Dude was eventually got kicked out, but would always find a way in the crib due to other niggas being scared not to let him in. He would crash on the couch. His official kick out was him being locked up for using a stolen credit card from the house.

On another I would not go for this shit! I would pay my man to come by at 3AM unleashing his pit bulls to roam the crib and eat what you like.
 
This was posted before in another BGOL section and I said it had to be fake, BUT I could see something like this happening to someone. At least someone trying this.

I don't see it working out well for the squatter. Probably get the brakes beat out of them fucking w/ the wrong person.

No you have to honor the time agreed upon.
As long as she is abiding by the rules she could stay. You can't just abruptly kick someone out when that signed a long term stay.
She left when her time was up. I think she was here cause of the nurse shortage in NYC during the pandemic and the place was in North Bergen, NJ a 10 minute bus ride

She tried to be smart and circumvent the air BNB process and take home more money.

But the process they use protect you from squatters and other things like this.

If it was air BNB the person would've been removed by the police based on the contract
The person would also be accumulating thousands in charges daily for staying there.


This person tried to be slick and got out hustled.

I stand corrected then. The video and situation may be real. What you said absolutely checks out with what was said on video.

Also fat broad knows enough about the law to threaten homeowner with calling the police on HER.

Yeah, we aren't getting the entire story here. The homeowner fucked up trying to do some shit thinking folks wouldn't be snakes. Well, surprise humans slither. The ability to hide behind paperwork and the law brings out some real reptiles. :smh:

Now just because homeowner is trying to be slick on some under-the-table shit don't mean they deserve this shit. This is how people get maimed and killed either by pushing normal people over the edge or if normal people know goons.

The home owner tried to be extra smart. I'll just do this to get free money real quick but I don't want to pay fees I don't want my home inspected I don't want to get insurance I don't want to do this or that. I just want to collect free money while I'm on vacation
