Regardless if it house or not, she wasn't being held against her will and the only crime committed was by him.
Name on the lease or not, Trouble and the woman did nothing wrong in the eyes of the law in this instance.
I don't know y'all but where I'm from, if this nigga get mail to that address, has established residence, has property (toothbrush) at said address legally even if his name is not on the lease she can't just "put him out". You gotta do that shit through the sheriff's office.

Different laws in different states. Where I live you can't just kick someone out. You have to go through the courts to have them removed and that will take some time.
