Because it's part of the Commonwealth? Queen Lizzo won't be around forever anyway so they'll have a new head-of-state even if they keep the monarchy.

Having the Queen at the helm has provided the countries that she is head of state safety from bullshit from happening so they should be honoured to have the Queen as head of state.
Other countries do not fuck with countries that the Queen is head of state of you do not hear bullshit from happening to countries that the Queen is head of state of because she provides safety.
A lot of these countries have mutual defense agreements with the UK anyway. Some are even members of NATO.
