Sent this to a chick and she replies with "we need each other.. Men of purpose need women for legacy"

While I agree that we need each other, I think she missed the greater point of men don't need women as much as women need men..



We want women. Men can live out the rest of our lives without a woman.

Well that depends on the person.

To say all men need women or vice versa isn't intelligent thinking. But to live a well rounded and fulfilled life, a family can provide that. Maybe you can get it from friends, maybe coworkers or colleagues but family bonds are usually strongest.

If you want to be alone in this world and see how far you can get then no, you don't need a woman or companion. You don't have to do shit you don't want to but stay Black and die.

Well, a man needs the right woman if he wants children.

But on a deeper level, women need men a lot more than men need women. Shit is primal. Men create the protection in society that allows women to live in this abstraction where they don't need men.
 
I'm in my 40s and single. I'm successful relative to others in my family but don't feel fulfilled and successful to my standards.

I have this and that materially, a career, properties, educational pursuits, but it does suck sometimes not having the right person to share life's ups and downs with.

My boys are married or "co-parenting in the same household" whatever that means. I envy them sometimes. The weight of my household, properties, and extended family is on me. I get sick, ain't another person's income to pick up the slack.

I've had 3 women live with me who turned out to be wrong for me so I'm going it alone for now. But I don't expect to live alone forever just cause of a few bad apples.

I'd say I need and want the right woman. We ain't getting younger.

Same here. 40, house, business, etc.
And I come home to an empty house everyday. I love my peace, it's priceless. I want a couple women to share it with, but not at the expense of my peace. It will have to be in addition to.

Maybe start looking at non-american women.

I don't mean non-black women, just non-american. Like Caribbean, South American, African, etc.

I'm only built for a black woman.
 
The truth is that what men need from a woman could easily be taken by force had it not been for laws backed by other male intervention. Moreover, we have accepted codes of conduct that influence how we go about our day-to-day lives. Without these safeguards, most, if not all, women would have a hard time surviving a world based on strength and violence. Look at many Mideastern nations to see what men are capable of when there is few other male ideological opposition.

This thinking is primal and basic; some may reason animalistic, but you cannot deny its foundational truth. Men have created a world of comfort and convenience, and women have obliviously and naively equated their worth and value with ours based on these comforts and protective laws.

In modern society, both sexes need\don't need the other about equally. Studies show men benefit more from being in a relationship healthwise than women do. So, in that sense, men need women more than women need men.

Furthermore, sexless young men tend to be much more destructive than celibate young women. So, in another way, men need women more than the reverse.

In practical terms though, a single man or woman can thrive without the other sex.

The older that you get, getting more and more used to it... it begins to get even harder to find a woman that wants to deal with that..... you get more set in it being "your way".... cause it does bring you so much peace and solace... :dunno:

Same here as far as the complimentary company of a woman.

And I guess the question is a divisive one, that stems from women overstating their importance which can be triggering.

I abhor manipulative people. Picture a man telling a woman, "You need me." He would get stones to death.
 


Another thing is modern day technology. Men and Women depended on each to survive and some need kids to help with the farming. Now thanks to technology :dunno: . Men still want a companionship it's so many women run into toxic-ass men and men run into toxic ass women, it's scary out there.

That's a broken woman.
Even if she started the mending process today with therapy she would be too old by the time she got to a healthy place & able to work with someone.

Ironically, these kind of women are prime subjects to just smash & dash.

Maybe take her out a few times, get her comfortable, spend some time, then consistent late night fall thru's and leave.
