{The Official 2021-22 NBA Thread} - Finals: Warriors vs Celtics…{4-2 advantage warriors } Dubs NBA champs, Curry MVP

@Amajorfucup

imagine telling your nephews in a few years that the reason why a halfbreed midget is a champion and a crater face dirty nigga has rings is because of Wardell curry jr

disgusting

we never allowed niggas to have our names on Dey rings

if they give up ass 3 times in the finals smh

Great coaching by him to beat a team on the road in a game 7. It seems like the media really isn't giving the brother much praise for what he's accomplished as a 1st year head coach.
He came in and did what that cac couldn’t do in 10 years

imagine if udoka had kyrie and Gordon instead of smart and williams

man what
The talking heads used to dick ride and overhype Brad Stevens. I rarely hear them mention and credit Udoka specifically during this run.

Miami was 6 for 30 from three

That was the game

Man, that shit Is the worst, ever since game 2 there would be many times Miami would dribble around have a open look at the free-throw line only to pass the ball to the perimeter for a three. Give up a high percentage shot for a low percentage shot. :dunno: Mark Jackson mentioned this shit earlier In the series. The Nets are also guilty of this dumb shit.

Impressive win by Boston.

Smart had several consecutive open looks in the final two minutes that wouldn’t have made this close at the end if he would have made them.

Great season by the Heat.

Bulter came up short. He had a chance to elevate himself to the next level.
Now hold up it wasn’t that impressive…. Some of those mistakes Boston made in the last five minutes of the game will come back and bite them in the ass if they do the same thing against Golden State.

This playoffs have been a wild ride but has more or less lived up to all expectations.
  • I got a great series with the Dubs and Grizzles and hopefully that can mature into a properly rivalry with Mem eventually getting a win somewhere down the line.
  • We saw some epic melt downs, blowouts, and comebacks from both sides of the bracelet and it really felt like anyone could have made it. Much more than previously years.
  • As expected, the East was dog fight down to the very end. A crazy almost comeback in a game 7 was really the only way to end the Eastern conference playoffs.
  • We might have saw the end of a few teams as we known them, cough cough Utah
Now we just need the Dubs to close out their championship run with a fourth title (fuck Boston ... as a city, not a team) and let the shit show of off-season free agency take place.

Man, that was an incredibly impressive win.

A game 7 on the road and held a 10+ point lead for the majority of the game? They gave themselves enough cushion to make those mistakes. And they wasn’t even mistakes. They (Marcus Smart in particular) just missed wide open 3 pointers.

Warriors in 6

Curry will get his first Finals MVP, and will be 4-1 in the Finals.

Again if they was playing Golden State making those same mistakes Golden State would have won

Lowry, Bam and Vincent were killing me with that.

Boston is a good defensive team, you're open from 10-15 feet that might be the clearest shot you're going to take, and instead you give it to Strus or Oladipo late in to the shot clock with a hand in their face.

I am not a conspiracy theorist by any means

But that?

In a conference playoffs?

First year of full legalized gambling?

C'mon now.

Even David Stern twitching right now.

I was watching the game but I was also multitasking…”Surfing the net and BGOL” so I don’t remember that exact play.

Was there a question was he out of bounds and is that why they reviewed the play is what I want to know?
