You got to be talking about trying to take a charge. Because that's the one thing that I can think of that fits that description. Players trying to take off and the defenders only intention is to get in front of them to make fucking contact. Fuck that. Get out the fucking way OR try to block. Charge should be only when a player is really trying to dislodge the defender, not this dangerous shit. Lakers in 2000-2003 were masters of that while Shaq ran over players on the block. The hypocrisy of the refs was infuriating.
