And after seeing that movie, I was inspired to read "The Destroyer" paperback series and the later comic book series by Marvel Comics.

For me; no matter what films he appeared in, Fred Ward will always be the real Remo Williams.
Thank you Mr. Ward for the movies and the memories.
RIP.

I remember as a kid i started watching Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins with my Pops and had no idea what i was in store for, movie was incredible.

The Statue of Liberty scenes was classic and scary as hell too me as a kid.

I didn’t know they did a sequel to this movie. Man a Destroyer series done right would be a hit! In the books he be doing some wild ass shit. Chiun survived a nuclear detonation at ground zero by burrowing into the ground. Reno dug him up months later curled up into a tiny little ball lol
Sadly, they never made a sequel to the movie. :smh:
But they did try to make a follow up TV series, which was fucking AWFUL!!!!
Example:

You can still watch this 1 episode train wreck on YouTube...:hmm:

Strange how it was called "Remo Williams: The Adventure Continues" overseas

Only two castmembers from this movie who are still alive are Joel Grey and Kate Mulgrew
hold up, the guy that played Chiun is still alive? That was some great makeup, i thought is old as hell in the movie lol
