Biden’s goal is to re-establish the “Democratic-Republican Party” because it aligns with his beliefs. That will be the end game if the influx of immigrants doesn’t work.
The younger generation (like Omar) are more politically aware than the older generation and that is why she made those comments because she is using logic and not emotion.

I agree with all of this. My point was that Trump was chosen by the Donors just like Biden.Corporate America loved Donald Trump mainly for the tax cuts right up until 2018. The corporate establishment fall out of favor for him mainly for the China tariffs and his isolationistic policy or NO new wars. They much more prefer Neo-liberals like Joe Biden. He will keep the war machine going and will be soft on China. That’s why you have Corporate America, establishment republicans and Neo-Cons like the Lincoln project all rooting for Joe Biden.
While Democratic voters think Joe Biden is some kind of progressive lolwhen all they did was put the establishment back into power. They keep saying that people will not go back to work, hell yes I am proudly not going back to work. Even before the pandemic, I was dealing with employer assassination attempts on the job. Where they intentionally lure you into a position that will harm you than blacklist/trap you from leaving. It looks like these tactics were being used at that meatpacking plant and Amazon. I will go back to work when a vaccine is available.

It is mainly the immigrants that fall for this. The clarity of this has not been more apparent to me than it is now. Many of these workers can live comfortably downsizing into something else with less pay.
If you worked for the airlines or Boeing expecting to be rehired it might not be a realistic expectation, it may take a long time to recover these industries. You might have to move to use your skill or retrain.
