Here’s the new shit. Not worth the wait unless you don’t need a car. They won’t start until next year.

X5/X6 LCI lineup:
  • LCI Production Dates: 4/2023 - 7/2026 (G05, F95); 4/2023 - 3/2027 (G06, F96)
  • xDrive40i gets B58M2 and 370hp
  • [formerly xDrive45e] xDrive50e gets the same powertrain as G70 [formerly 745e] 750e, bumping the output by almost 100hp from the current version to 480hp
  • M50i with N63 is replaced by M60i with S68
  • X5 will have the illuminated grill like X6 does now

Wifey and I are moving back to the Bay Area soon and are definitely getting a plug in or full EV as the next whip.

I looked at the model 3 but just don’t like the build quality. However, Tesla’s genius was building out the charging infrastructure. Them shits are everywhere and extremely reliable. You know you will get a good charge at a fast rate. Electricity America, etc.. are shit. Some of dem shits work.

With that said, not balling too hard but I’m circling the Kia Ev6 or potentially the BMW I4 as the next whip.

That mf is nice. My first build was white then I decided to go with red on black '22s. I'll repost the build later but the only upgrades I didn't get was running boards and the tow package.

Cosign on the Tesla infrastructure...brilliant move that really sets them apart from other EVs...racist ass company (they all are but Tesla is special) but they tackle the range anxiety problem of EVs better than anybody

Damn this whole thread gave me inspiration for real for real....

That joint tight asf! I am not a BMW or Mercedes dude, but everyone in my circle is....What's the best suv (Mercedes or Benz) you guys like in your opinion? Car about to be paid off in 2 months and plan on stacking for about 2 years....

Do either have major car problems? One of my boys who has an old bmw said he spoke to a guy that was in a X5 and a car hit him going 90 mph and he walked away with a broken arm....BMWs built like that?

Nice! I was just about to do the same, but after seeing this post I am definitely going to inquire about the 23. Not sure how much longer my current ride can hold on though. So I wonder when they will start shipping the 23's....

All y'all goofy niggas taumbout "Tesla's finished" forgot Tesla isn't a car company; it's a technology company. Tesla is producing self-driving vehicles and energy storage units. Tesla vehicle owners have been/will be the first to take advantage of self-driving technology. No vehicle manufacturer is anywhere close to that.

BMW's are built like tanks. Couple years ago I was at a dead stop on the freeway and somebody slammed in the back of my 5 series, their car was totalled. Only my bumper was damaged but the frame was in tack.

Now the maintenance on them bitches is another story :smh:

Man I was on my way to New Orleans and hit full stop traffic. I was in a Charger. Saw in my rearview a Dodge Ram coming up behind me full speed. He served to the median at the last second.

That was one of those collisions that I figure would have burst into flames like the movies. That Raider WR that hit that girl and her dog at a stoplight type crash.

Man, get the 2016 or newer X5 with 6 cylinders. My wife had a 2016 x 5 that she bought new and we just sold it with 117k miles on it. We spent a total of only $500 on repairs in 5 years and that's why she bought the X6. She was going to buy another x5 but she wanted a different-looking car. Any 6-cylinder BMW is bullet proof though.

Even My V8 750 has been super reliable. I bought it with 38k miles on it and one repair with 80k miles on it now. They just had to replace one air strut and that's it. It was covered under CPO.

Honestly I don't fuck around with flimsy shit. Even my kitchen appliance has to be well built, no fucking Samsung. That's why I buy BMW's they are the best most affordable cars around IMO.

Thanks alot for this...

This is an EV?
Let them do the EV 3,4, and 5 just like this.....Tesla is finished.
I drove a loaner X5 with “hybrid “ last month when my 2015 was in for service. It gets 30-50 miles on a charge before you have to switch to premium gas. Which is about enough to run around town, but not enough for any road trips. Nice ride and tech, but I’ll wait for the full EV
