Oh Damn I didn't realize that was Roderick Strong wife from NXT. Yeah that was a poor showing. Bryan is working with the female talent and they've improved since. You would think they would have been better well rounded with Omega being in charge of them early on.
All that, in a room full of less than 50 people.....probably for a Payday bar.....
Dumb ass indy wrestlers....fucking up their backs for a quick pop in front of people attending a show in empty warehouse.
Then they wonder why it's hard for some Indy talent to make it in the big leagues. When all you have are daredevil stunts, there is only so much money you'll make and so far you'll be pushed.
You can blame ECW/FMW for this however even in those environments those who were really talented were able to separate themselves from the pack like RVD, Raven, Tajiri, Lance Storm, etc.
Omega only cares about the Joshis.
he does because their style is almost a strong style with flair and most outside the Japanese (other than Sasha Banks and Jaime Hayter) don't do thaat style of wrestling.
there are Joshi's that look like teenagers that can get hit by a car and still string together a moveset. He's use to that and not American style.
She needs an in-ring personality.
She could be like a female Samoa Joe with her moveset. That's what's missing and will take time like Jade.
They work better in Impact anyway. AEW or WWE would just be neutering them! Impact they can pick up where they left off at.
Her price must be too high only explanation for her not to be in AEW. She's an incredible performer
He had one title defense against Wardlow and in his second defense dropped it back to Sammy. TK did Scorpio dirty here. He could've turned Sammy and Tay heel without Sammy getting another title reign.

notice how lackluster/short Scorpio Sky and Thunder Rosa's runs have been. I read online that Rosa has had 3 minutes of tv time since getting the belt
Jade is doing her thing but she is partially on an island with the secondary belt
and suprisingly all the other premiere black male talent are in the same program together (Keith, Swerve, Hobbs & Starks)...interesting
Ethan Page is criminally underrated.
I don't even count the title defense against Wardlow cause o f the program Wardlow is in with MJF, so he was going to retain.
Didnt know of the Scorpio Sky/Wardlow match but yeah, that sucks, makes Sky secondary to the story going on with Wardlow/MJF and a champion shouldn't be secondary to anyone's story.
That's just shitty booking.
AEW is wasting a lot of their talent, focusing on the same people. Cody was the first to defect from AEW but I truly see others, like Sky going or even older WWE vets going back.
AEWs roster is so bloated right now, there are a ton of stars that they don't know what to do with. It's like AEW is grooming these wrestlers to be big stars in WWE.
Basically AEW is their unofficial farm league (next to NXT).
Scorpio Sky is a guy who could be a big star in WWE if booked right, however I feel like he's hit his ceiling in AEW. Yes, he was a tag champ, and just dropped the TNT title, but that dude should be treated better than how he's been treated.
And the hot potato booking with regards to their TNT title doesn't do them any favors.
That's just shitty booking.

It was cool Scorpio won it, but I still think he's very bland. He was like the 6th wheel in that feud. And him being the heel who steals wins because of distractions and shit wouldn't have been great either. I would've preferred if Ethan Page turned on him or something and they splited and feuded over the title, if anything.
But Andrade should've been the one to beat Sammy the first time and the Cody/two-title shit should've never happened IMO.
