So Russia invades Ukraine to stop NATO from getting close to its boundaries. Before the attacks started, Russia send out a message, if anyone gets involved they will see something they never seen before.
In turn NATO trying to cancel Russia economy because they have a stronghold on oil and gas. Countries around the global is jumping in on the fight against Russia and the crashing of Russia economy.
Russia pretty much knew this would happen, which is the reason they sealed a new oil deal with China before invading Ukraine. They also been working to stop using the dollar(we knew how this idea normally turns out).

Now nations around the World will deal with harsh times, just from the sanctions placed on Russia. Just think if Russia cuts off its gas and oil to the EU today. We might see plenty dead Europeans.

I see it like this NATO pretty much making the relationship between China, Iran and Russia even stronger. I always felt China was more of a problem to us than Russia but that’s just me.

There's short term, then there is long term. Right now it is too early to tell how things will shake out.

How do you think Russia would survive economically if they did that?

That's fucking brilliant. Russia will own its own Starbucks and McDonalds. Because Starbucks and McDonald's will forfeit the businesses in the Russia

I don't want to pull a Donald Trump and say how that was a shrewd move by Vladimir Putin, but that really was a shrewd move

Hold up, this may not be true.
This f'kin war i tell you, with all this disinformation.

It looks like someone in Poland threw out the idea of housing the planes on a U.S. base
But hasn't been discussed or approved by the Biden/Admin.

Keyword - 'Ready to..'
Poland - 'requests'

This isn't official or approved by DoD.

Why doesn't ukraine just send pilots to poland and have them fly the jets back to their own facilities? Why they trying to drag the US into the hand off?

Yep, more Ukraine/Russian war BS.
Not Biden's fault.
Some Polish official made it up
No Mig-29s to US and then onto Ukraine.

Putin just turned Russia into the next North Korea. If they thought the West was bad they will now be 100% dependent on China :smh:

One silver lining is there will be more Russian hoes on chaturbate

Dr. Wilmer Leon drops some ‘denazification’ bombs on PBS
“There’s a lot of stuff going on here that is just not getting reported because it goes against the dominant western narrative”

Of course there's stuff going on that's not being reported. That said, I believe the Dr. is wrong about the sanctions not having "a long term dramatic impact on their (RUs') economy." DO YOU AGREE WITH HIS STATEMENT ON THE IMPACT TO THEIR ECONOMY?

Mc Donald's not stupid. Ain't nobody taking them over. Who's gonna pay 62000 employees to do nothing except McDonalds?

McDonald's said it would continue to pay salaries to its 62,000 employees in Russia. Because of its large size and global reach, the chain is often copied by other brands if it takes a stance on an issue or makes a major operational change.

Major global brands, including McDonald's and PepsiCo Inc (PEP.O), have been pressured to withdraw from Russia by consumers and investors including the New York state's pension fund.

"It's impossible to predict when we might be able to reopen our restaurants in Russia," McDonald's CEO, Chris Kempczinski, said in a note emailed companywide on Tuesday and posted on the company's website. "We are experiencing disruptions to our supply chain along with other operational impacts. We will also closely monitor the humanitarian situation."

Of its nearly 850 Russian McDonald's locations, 84% are owned by the company. The remainder are mostly operated by Moscow-based franchisee Rosinter Restaurants Holding

They need to not pay those 60k workers, lets see how Putin handles 60k new unemployed hungry people

A little history on what is going on over there that the American news media won’t talk about.

Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances

The Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances comprises three identical political agreements signed at the OSCE conference in Budapest, Hungary on 5 December 1994 to provide security assurances by its signatories relating to the accession of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

The memorandum was originally signed by three nuclear powers: the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States. China and France gave somewhat weaker individual assurances in separate documents.

The memorandum prohibited the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States from threatening or using military force or economic coercion against Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. As a result of other agreements and the memorandum, between 1993 and 1996, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons.
