Dua Lipa hit song 'Levitating' is a carbon copy of one reggae band's 2017 song, so claims a new lawsuit.

People don't understand how the music industry works. They pretty much gave her the song. They brought her in the studio, played the song being sang by another person to her. The A&R or producer then told her, Dua, this is your next hit, now sing it exactly like this.
She has no idea where that song came from LOL. She doesn't even know WTF it means.

Guaranteed she didn't know that. But he producer did.

He the one need his ass whooped, I know she hot as a muhfucka w that nigga behind this shit lol

Just what I was thinking. She looks like one of those manufactured artist. A face and voice with others behind doing the heavy lifting.

It's up the producers and label to make sure shit is good.

It happens like this 99% of the time.
Even with people who do sometimes write their own songs.

Shit Lupe Fiasco and Jay Z have been given hooks and told to write just the verses.

A bag a of cash and royalties. The producers and labels need to come out their pockets on this, not even going to blame the artist.
