If you open a whore house with real dolls can you be charged with pimping and pandering or prostitution?

It’s an exchange of money for sex but not with a living female. So if I were to open that up how does the law work?

its a sex act and if you are not paying taxes you definitely would get hit with prison time

you have rules like people can’t be nude or participate in sex acts in diff states

you would have to look in your state/county laws… definitely got to look into zoning rules..definitely have to look into public safety especially with cleaning process and now due to covid it’s even a bigger thing about cleaning

Also why are strip clubs ok? If a woman is grinding on me that I paid for a dance and I cum all over in my pants what then?

Stripclubs are bars first..so the fact they sell liquor puts them in a certain category.. certain states have different rules when it comes to contact..in fact some places have no contact rules..or they have nudity clauses.. as far as grinding you have clothes on so that’s what distinguishes a big difference.. obviously a chick is not suppose to stimulate you to the point of ejaculation.. if it happens it’s 1 of those whoops but keep quiet situations

You may be onto something, doc. If I were you I'd copyright that shit with the quickness and consult a business and tax attorney to find out how to proceed.

Lord knows cats on here drool over these plastic-filled women so a totally plastic one ain't much of a stretch.

First off, the first folks who are going to complain is the feminist.

Secondly, it's going to be an issue because there's no regulation on that shit. Meaning, how are you going to insure that your dolls is sanitized?

Third of all, it would have to be a private club type thing.

Apparently that business plan has been met with many adversities in North America. It depends on where you go in which country with that business plan. BGOL has talked about it.

They don’t serve alcohol in full nude jawns here . I’m fact they don’t even serve anything not even a soda.

PROSTITUTION
Penal Law § 230.00
(Committed on or after Sept. 1, 1967)
The (specify) count is Prostitution.
Under our law, a person is guilty of Prostitution when such
person engages, or agrees or offers to engage, in sexual
conduct1
with another person in return for a fee.
[Add if applicable:
In any prosecution for prostitution, the sex of the two
parties or prospective parties to the sexual conduct
engaged in, contemplated, or solicited is immaterial,
and it is no defense that:
1. Such persons were of the same sex; or
2. The person who received, agreed to receive, or
solicited a fee was a male and the person who paid or

Except for the definition of the crimes of “aggravated patronizing a minor
for prostitution” [Penal Law §§ 230.11; 230.12; and 230.13], there is no
statutory definition of the term “sexual conduct” that is expressly applicable to
the statutes contained in Penal Law article 230. (The term is defined in Penal
Law 130.00(10) for purposes of Penal Law article 130 [sex offenses]). See
Prus v. Holder, 660 F.3d 144 (2d Cir. 2011) (“Although ‘sexual conduct’ is not
defined in Article 230, the plain language of the statute makes clear that
prostitution in New York encompasses accepting payment for sexual acts
beyond . . . “‘sexual intercourse’”). For New York decisional law
interpretations of the term for prostitution, see In re Marco M., 158 A.D.2d

where a male agreed to a male officer’s request “to get laid but [not]
shortchanged”); People v. Medina, 179 Misc.2d 617 (N.Y. City Crim. Court,
1999) (“sexual conduct” includes a sex act between men); People v.
Hinzmann, 177 Misc.2d 531 (Criminal Court, Bronx County, 1998) (the
term includes “lap dancing” with physical contact); People v. Costello, 90
Misc.2d 431 (Supreme Court, N.Y. County, 1977) (the term includes
sexual intercourse, oral and anal sexual conduct, and masturbation). But
see People v. Greene, 110 Misc.2d 40 (Criminal Court, N.Y. County, 1981)
(the term does not include “autoerotic performance” without physical
contact).

Some places have that rule ..full nude no liqs.. never heard of them not selling any liquids though
Yeah no drinks . Only the “gentleman’s” clubs here serve food and drinks but the hoes are only topless in thongs. Deja Vu came in and fucked the game up here. Turned all the clubs into Vegas style sensationalized commercial trash. Prior to that the cubs were independent and you could fuck and get sucked for a c note. Pinky used to get that work in MSC . She was bad when she was skinny and all ass. MSC would have 120 girls working all willing to fuck and suck in the Bangkok rooms. Man I came on so many Asian faces in there

You got it, while they may try to arrest you the case would be unprovable. Along with the fact that the New York County District Attorney's Office does not prosecute Prostitution cases any longer.

He’s in Cali not ny… and street prostitution is different from running a brothel.. trust me on this… they will go after him for assortment of things for having a central Location.. taxes is 1 of them, illegal gathering/ party, etc..( in fact nov 2020 to 2021 they were busting and giving out fines ranging from 20,000-70,000 bucks per event from reg parties to stripper parties to swinger parties in nyc)

Even though I have a base in Queens I’m in Cali

This country is retarded. The rest of the world sees prostitution like going for a beer with the fellas. My Panamanian niggas be going to whore houses with their uncles and Dads and the wives are like just don’t blow all the money.
well this country is slowly changing its mind about the vice industry and slowly incorporating laws to accept them.. this is why weed to a certain point is becoming legal..this is why sports gambling is becoming legal in certain states..eventually prostitution will get its day to come out the shadows and celebrate with the other vice crew..I told ya yrs ago about that underground economy and how quietly it slowly holds america together.. well america is in a financial crisis and look who it’s calling upon to save their ass the vice community who they kept underground forever

Yep I remember talking on it here. This was heavy in the news a few years ago and the discussion came up when these new realistic dolls started dropping. Someone was even saying about renting dolls overnite as a service.

But I believe a town in Canada allowed an actual storefront to open. The people didn't like it but the city allowed the biz to open.

Legally I'd discuss it with an attorney locally and venture down the road to discuss with your local tax office for proper permits to open.

I don't see where it's illegal. You're not engaging in sex with another "human being" so why would it be illegal.

How would it be any different than a sperm bank collecting specimens.

You just have to deal with who's gonna be working there, cleaning the dolls and "aftermath".

On point . No doubt

Yall keep discussing prostitution. Where I don't see that as the case. This is not sex with another "living" being or "human". So...

Remember I had an adult production.

When I was in NYC, discussed it with an attorney to legally look it up if we could pay a female to have sex in NY. And yes it was legal to do so for artistic purposes.

So I could pay a girl, to have sex with someone else, for the act of creating art.

Legally so could someone who did POV type scenes where they are enjoying the sex and filming. Of course you should have a site or means to show proof you have a business as such if you ever got busted.

But do you see legally how anyone could get away with fucking a chick for money?

A business storefront is different obviously, which is why I'd do a consult with an attorney who specializes in that.

So if I pay bitches to wear a mask and i wear a mask and film myself fucking I’m good? It’s art? What if I pay to cut somebody’s head off and film that as art?

Can't deny that the city (be it New york or San Francisco) is going to try to get paid by giving out fines.

I recall a few years ago, some prostitutes were operating out of apartments and usually had clients call ahead for appointments. The cops would find out about the spots, call and set up appointments, and then when the girls would propostion them, the cops would arrest them.

So if I pay bitches to wear a mask and i wear a mask and film myself fucking I’m good? It’s art? What if I pay to cut somebody’s head off and film that as art?
Make sense man, murder is murder.

If you paying a chick to fuck, have a contract with her to engage in sex, model release, business/site. Who can prosecute you for that if the cops busted in trying shit.
