That quote is all people are going to see - A City Worker -a regular Joe - is protecting his daughter from assault and gets shot by some thugs in the process - The attorney for the defendants might try to spin it but this has already spun and now they are leaving these guys out to dry. Not a jury in this city is not going to convict them. they are going to have to cop a plea.
