Brian Flores files lawsuit against NFL

President Trump had a meltdown over the election which led to this, is running for reelection again. He filed many lawsuits challenging the result. I looked into it, and found that he had all these influencer attacking him with conflicts of interests which altered the election. If people knew about it, they might have voted for him. No telling what was going on at the ballot box.

Brian Flores challenges his firing with Dolphins and is being told he will be blacklisted and never work again.

Byron Allen successful lawsuit, that everybody should read and study shows that they can go overboard with their bullshit making payoffs to Civil Rights organization to look the other way.

Is it still called Black History Month, or is it called White Discomfort Month now?
Now this…this is change. This is progress.
Let’s be real. It’s not going to change anything. As much as Kap risked what did it really change? The NFL will do a few more gestures on how their all about equally make a couple more commercials maybe something during a halftime performance. They’ll counter this by doing something like putting a woman as offensive ordination or something like hiring a non black person as HC that will settle all noise caused by this.
Due to history, I completely agree.

However, there is always a watershed moment. If this suit goes to trial, the discovery phrase will have enough data to unravel it all.

It may not shut the NFL down, but they bag is gonna be impacted greatly.

Once gamblers can’t trust you, it’s a wrap.

Ask baseball about the PED situation.
Yeah he mad cause he had high hopes of being on the team but the reality the team had their eye on someone else..he’s calling it a sham but the truth is if a team wants someone you can’t say im mad at you for giving me an interview where you have no intentions of hiring me..the rule is they have to let others interview..if that rule dosent exist they probably not even calling him.. the rule that exist is good and bad..it’s good cause it gives black coaches the opportunity to get interviews but it’s bad cause some coaches will go to interviews that’s really just a waste of time cause the team already got someone else in mind
Plain and simple, semantics aside, Flores has a case.
Lot of those players coming out of college only care about signing on that dotted line.. they don’t care what team pick them as long as they get drafted and make the cut..the least of their worries is wondering what the color of their coaches skin is… the funny thing people expect some athletic employees to have more demands Than what themselves actually do.. how many black 9-5 workers demand that they only work for black bizz and black managers? the same people that will complain about athletes are the same people that continue to work for white companies and white overseers and continue to make the white man rich.. it’s funny how people demand others to do things they personally don’t do
One, the kids think like that via self worth they are taught at home about themselves COMBINED WITH many coming out of systemic poverty.

Virtually a lose lose if you don’t train ‘em all the way up.

Second, many everyday people never consider that they can make change at their job on their level, but don’t have enough international fortitude and self worth to do it where they work.

It’s a tough balancing act but we need to teach to the generations under us.
Of course John. Not like you’re going to come out and admit it. FOH
John and that “Sweet Valley High” high school qb jock look will allow to forget he is just as much a red neck as Favre.
Which is why I said on day one that this is the right message but he isn't the right messenger. People tend to forget that Rosa Parks wasn't the first person to not give up a seat but she was just the one they selected to be the face of the fight.
The respectability politics fcked us then with that case (original lady that would not give up her seat just finished her memoir) and it is still fcking us now.

That “proximity to whiteness” is just that: proximity. Yellow hammer to redbone to round and brown to dark as midnight, to them, you still Black.

Rob came with it, but Chris who I don’t normally care for, brought all the smoke.

He said I don’t give a DAMN if you like me or not, but you start fcking wit’ my quality of life, it’s me and you out back.

Okay, so, since Godwll works for the owners, I wanna know who had enough power to get in his ear to put out this statement, although we all know it’s window dressing.

Real quick. White people in power think they are so smart.

You had already broken the Black QB mold. You coulda gave Colin what he asked for and the league would still be running smooth.

But it was a bridge too far.

Now, Flores has filed a suit for where the real power and cheesecake are: the front office.

And now you don’t know how the players will react towards this lawsuit so now you fighting more than one battle.

Black person tells you it’s a problem, and you white, settle up because many of us have short memories.

Oh, well, too late for that now.

And they quickly sent his stupid ass to interview Eli as soon as the game ended. Had his ass looking super goofy.

Eli dropped that bullsh*t in defense of the club it was so weak it looked like every damn play he ever made outside the playoffs.

McDaniel, who identifies himself as multiracial, joins the Pittsburgh Steelers' Mike Tomlin, Washington Commanders' Ron Rivera and the New York Jets' Robert Saleh as the league's only minority head coaches. The 49ers will receive two third-round draft selections (one in 2022 and another in '23, per a league spokesman) as compensation under the Rooney Rule for developing a minority assistant who was hired for an NFL head-coaching job.
McDaniel, 38, gets his first head-coaching job at any level after spending 15 seasons in the NFL and two in the UFL. He spent one season as San Francisco's offensive coordinator after being promoted in January 2021. In that season, the 49ers had the league's seventh-best offense in terms of yards per game and produced an All-Pro in wide receiver Deebo Samuel.
McDaniel began his NFL career as an intern for the Denver Broncos in 2005, then spent three seasons as an offensive assistant with the Houston Texans under Gary Kubiak. He spent another three seasons as an offensive assistant and a wide receivers coach for Washington -- on a staff that included current head coaches Matt LaFleur of the Green Bay Packers, Sean McVay of the Los Angeles Rams and Kyle Shanahan of the 49ers.

This is fucked up

WTF is "multiracial" So he is Black in the way that white people claim 1/64 Native American? Where are the family pictures. I am calling bullshit Black on this one.

We sure as hell know he ain't joining the class action suit

Who are Mike Daniel’s Mom and Dad? Ethnic

Mike McDaniel’s father is unknown, but his mother’s name is Donna. However, there is no information about his siblings or family online so it is difficult to determine his ethnicity.

Because of recent discussions about his race, it is known that his parents are biracial, but his ethnic background is not on the web. On the other hand, the football coach was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado, USA.

Similarly, he attended Yale University, but details of his education could not be found.

Personal life
McDaniel is married to his wife, Katie. While at Yale, McDaniel earned a degree in history and is a proficient violinist.

His grandmother is Black, on his Dad's side. Guess Pops ain't around. His Mom is white. His wife is white.

Same color don't matter statements from McDaniel, assimilation bullshit. Ross got his "cover your ass" replacement :smh:

I was thinking the same damn thing. WTF is "multiracial"? So to the nfl, this counts as a minority hire? They have to be patting themselves on the back right now.

Dear NFL Players. Please get some common sense and sue for the right to play in those PUBLICLY FUNDED STADIUMS.
Please ask your corrupt paid off politicians why you can't have PUBLIC ACCESS like cable TV.

Play on ANY DAY BUT SUNDAY and during the spring/summer.
USFL would have worked had it not been for the economic hitman named Donald Trump.

Too bad the slaves wanna slave. I cant respect any man who constantly lets his body be used like a rag dog and get the short end of the stick. Pimps do the same thing with hoes except the hoes don't suffer from CTE.

Ask me the Hoes are getting a better deal.

The USFL would have survived only until the NFL got unrestriced free agency. Guys like Joe Cribbs and Doug Williams were able to get big bucks from the USFL because they couldn't at the time sign with other NFL teams without the new team surrendering compensation(see Wilber Marshall from Bears to Redskins).

NFL like fuck that we gotta cover our ass. No way Smith has earned that job after the terrible job he did at Illinois.

Fuck it they gave Cully 22 million to do kill a year. Guess Smith is like fuck solidarity, I'll take the payout too. Black folks and the NFL :smh:

Guess he down with those Awquafina antics like Shang Chi:smh:
