Black coaches in the NFL gotta work one-year miracles just keep a job while Black coaches in the NBA in unsexy markets gotta deal with lumps that come with being in an unsexy market.
I think Willie Green is doing an admirable job all things considered but how much of that is lost on the NBA fanbase because he's not in a sexy market?

My man, i used to work for corporate Disney. We were made aware of local, state and federal hiring practices, especially those affected by the Equal Opportunity Employment act of 64 and its buffer in 72.
A business entity cannot even UNOFFICIALLY hire a job candidate without first interviewing all the candidates. Its worse because the Black candidate was interviewed last.
It doesnt matter if no contract is signed. Hell, in Tennessee you dont EVER have to sign paperwork.

Okay, we've got 2 black coaches that said they were encouraged to tank games for higher draft picks, and rumors of a 3rd (Marvin Lewis). I'm not a Screamin A. fan, but he did say something interesting. He said he wants to see if any white coaches come forward with those same allegations. If not, it's going to show that these owners are only asking brothers to do this, ruining their win/lost records, and when the rebuilding is almost done, they hire a white coach to lead the improved team. Meanwhile, the black coach with a horrendous record can't get another HC job.
