Yep. Pretty much.Fuck Flores. House nigga wanna cry rape now, when he was giving up that pussy for free.
Bruh, those organizations cannot hire anyone before theyve interviewed all of the candidates.Like I said it technically dosent have to be racism..could be just they wanted Somebody and they knew off rip who they was gonna hire.. due to the Rooney rule they still had to do some interviews of black coaches cause that’s part of the nfl protocols.. hell the giants could openly admit that yes we knew ahead of time who we wanted and if these Rooney rules didn’t exist we would’ve been hired the other guy.. due to the Rooney rule we had to prolong the inevitable.. the Rooney rule dosent guarantee a black coach a job it guarantees them a interview..in which we gave him.. are ya mad we followed rules and didn’t give this guy an outcome he wanted..there’s nothing in the rules that said we have to pick someone we don’t want
Always looking for an excuse to say why Black coaches and managers aren't fully qualified.
Let somebody white apply and they'll fill in the gaps for them if they're lacking and make sure they are successful.
But if you Black you better have it all together and hope you get selected because you ain't getting any help to fill in the gaps you're doing it all on your own.
Bingo
oh yeah
niggadamaus
They didn’t officially hire him.. no contract was signed on the dotted line.. it was a handshake signing without officially signing the dotted line.. that’s why Belichick accidentally blew it up.. like I said it’s not illegal to hire someone you want.. they were just going through the protocols to say they complied with the rules b4 actually signing who they really wanted.. that dosent mean it was racism.. jobs and biz do it all the time without it having to do with race.. but as you can see the bigger thing is coming out the tanking of games.. that’s the bigger issue in this lawsuit and is the angle they need to attack.. notice bunch of individuals are coming out about that and have receipts.. that’s what’s going to win the case or open up the Pandora box or fuck with the money.. I called it early and it’s going down that path..racism is shooting nfl pinky toe game tampering is aiming for the heartBruh, those organizations cannot hire anyone before theyve interviewed all of the candidates.
That means the latter candidates' qualifications are not considered. It is the definition of discrimination.
Theyre fucked.

It is a fact that players have been match fixing since betting has been legal. If you run a matchbook or monitor live or in-play betting odds, you can make a killing from some of the shit that happens, especially with propositional wagers.Told ya this gonna be the bigger angle…nfl more scared of this than the racism allegations

They don't have to officially hire anyone. The EEOC covers applicants or employees. It's illegal if in the manner you went about hiring you "unintentionally" or intentionally discriminated without fully realizing you were discriminating. Again, the key is going to be when the Giants provide their rationale for hiring and they line up both careers and one has HC experience (Flores) and the other does not (BD), but was already decided on as the new HC. Giants got some explaining to do...They didn’t officially hire him.. no contract was signed on the dotted line.. it was a handshake signing without officially signing the dotted line.. that’s why Belichick accidentally blew it up.. like I said it’s not illegal to hire someone you want.. they were just going through the protocols to say they complied with the rules b4 actually signing who they really wanted.. that dosent mean it was racism.. jobs and biz do it all the time without it having to do with race.. but as you can see the bigger thing is coming out the tanking of games.. that’s the bigger issue in this lawsuit and is the angle they need to attack.. notice bunch of individuals are coming out about that and have receipts.. that’s what’s going to win the case or open up the Pandora box or fuck with the money.. You think in the real world it’s all about qualifications and resume every single time someone gets hired.. here’s a fact and this goes for some dudes who actually own biz/ run biz.. somebody could have a long history in a particular field but some new person who has zero or less experience could or has the ability to generate more money for your company and guess what you want the person whose gonna bring in more money..you don’t give a fuck if somebody been in the field for 20 yrs.. the dude with experience can bring your company $200,000 next yr the new wild card can bring in 3 million guess who that company going for.. hell some nig could be related to somebody you know and the bizz cutting 100,000 salaries.. you could want that person to touch that money instead of some stranger.. shit happens all the time.. you ever heard the line it’s not what you know it’s who you know? That’s not just a saying that’s a reality.. I’m pretty sure some dudes on here that are part of frats, masons, elks, military , entertainment etc can tell you about the hookup system when you connected in them realms.. those special calls you make when you need things to happen.. jobs, connections, get out of jail free cards, get your name put on a list to receive certain benefits, etc…this is how the real world works.. all that hard work shit is care bear talk..if you think most people got in the position their in cause they were the best of the best I got some bridges to sell youI agree. Ultimately, BF will get PAID b/c the NFL's Rooney Rule outcomes are discriminatory with the disparate impact and disparate treatment of black coaches' and senior managers. Bellicheat sending a text 3 days prior to BF's interview is a prime example of how the rule is unintentionally discriminatory and the Broncos not taking the interview serious is disparate treatment as they're just checking the requirement that a minority candidate be considered for an interview. With almost certainty, there are some email exchanges (likely already deleted) that name BD as HC prior to the BF interview, but Bellicheat's communications will be key. The three teams mentioned will have to do comparative analysis based on coaching careers and whether they place greater emphasis on recommendations and etc. Leaguewide, I can see all hiring practices changing and edits to the Rooney Rule where teams will have to point to definitive reasons or some types of risk matrix leading to a business justification for hiring less qualified candidates or come up with a CTE rationale for hiring. The NFL is stupid like that. At least, I hope there are greater changes in our best interests.

And that bigger issue of tanking games is definitely a GO! It can and will be both IMO.
