Funny because I notice the entry was quick this year. A min and a half. Seems like it 40 seconds for every entry.
There was no consistency with the timing for either rumble match. They're always off with the timing, but it seemed especially bad this year.

Was last night's Royal Rumble the best thing ever? No.
Did I find it entertaining, yes.
Fuck what you heard, it was something fun to watch with my kids on a cold ass Saturday night in Central Florida.
I don't need every PPV match to be given high imaginary stars by my some wrestling journalist only wrestling marks are aware of and follow.
I watch this stuff to be entertained.
And even though WWE has been very weak overall for quite a bit, when a PPV is on, I'm watching because it's something my kids and I like watching together.
I watch it for comedy purposes. It entertains me in a car wreck kind of way. As long as you watch with the lowest of expectations and don't take it serious it can actually be fun to watch.

Exactly. My 7-year old son (first PPV he's ever sat down and watched) and I watched Royal Rumble and he enjoyed it.
That is a target audience of WWE today. The product overall ain't for us anymore. I've accepted that at this point.
There were some entertaining portions of the Rumble last night and yes the outcomes were predictable, but most Royal Rumbles in the past have also been predictable. This isn't something new. Sorry, but your favorite mid-card wrestler ain't winning the Rumble.
There were some crappy moments last night (DewDrop vs. Becky Lynch comes to mind and there were some weak spots during both Rumble matches), but overall it wasn't that bad.
I understand why people like Cornette hate watch the WWE and AEW. He makes money doing so.
None of these cats complaining on here and on Twitter are making a dime hate watching.
I agree, Bianca has the look and in-ring ability and overall she is better than Jade Cargill.
I just have a feeling if Bianca went to AEW they would instantly pair her against Jade Cargill and have her losing since Jade was there first.

She has been pushed, held the women’s title, main evented Wrestlemania (something Punk never did) and will be in the mix for years to come.
Lets not forget that even though AEW has a following, it is still niche. When people (mainstream) think wrestling, they think WWE.

True. Plus, I don't see Bianca as a hardcore wrestling fan who wants to put on wrestling clinics like a Bryan Danielson.
For many performers WWE is a platform that allows them to do other things (acting, charity work, TV shows, etc.)
AEW isn't providing those same opportunities unless you happen to be in the Rhodes family. LOL

That match would happen at some point but I don't believe it would be instantly.
She has to wait her turn. She'll be either TBS champ or World champ at some point. She'll probably be the TBS champ before she is the World champ because the world champs usually have longer reigns.
People only know WWE by default because it's been around for 50 million years but don't get it twisted people are aware of AEW. It is mainstream. You don't have people like Snoop Dogg, Mike Tyson, Shaq, Rosario Dawson, etc on your show for it not to be mainstream. Is it as mainstream as WWE? No, but it's definitely mainstream.
