Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

They've beaten the Bucs the last 2 times they played... Once in Tampa, once in LA... Once with Goff, once with Stafford... Brady was outplayed by both QBs... Fournette is coming off an injury and the last 2 games only averaged 2.2yds with a combine of 25yds with 11carries...
This playoff football but duly noted.

I'm wondering if Mike Tomlin would be able to get away with saying this BS...who here still think Mike McCarthy is a good coach?

, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians has been fined $50,000 by the NFL for swiping his hand at safety Andrew Adams' helmet during the wild-card game against Philadelphia on Sunday, a source confirmed to ESPN.

Arians was attempting to move Adams, who was trying to pull a player out of a pile after a muffed punt by Jalen Reagor, which would have drawn a penalty. He can be seen slapping Adams' helmet hard with an open hand and then elbowing him.

Carthon has spent the past 14 seasons working in NFL personnel departments, including the last five as director of pro personnel with the 49ers.

Prior to that, he served as a pro scout with the Falcons (2008-11) and director of player personnel with the Rams (2012-16).

As a player, Carthon was a running back who appeared in six games, all as a reserve, over three seasons with the Colts from 2004-06, rushing for 22 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries and catching one pass for 10 yards.

Carthon entered the NFL with Indianapolis as an undrafted free agent from Florida, where he played in 48 games over four seasons, rushing for 1,353 yards and 11 TDs on 270 carries and catching 56 passes for 511 yards and one TD.

His father, Maurice Carthon, was a running back who played three seasons in the USFL with the New Jersey Generals and seven years in the NFL with the Giants (1985-91) and Colts (1992).

Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Lerentee McCray was arrested in Central Florida early Sunday morning following a high-speed pursuit with police officers after they attempted to pull him over.

McCray was booked dingo the Lake County Jail in Tavares, Florida, just before 8 a.m. ET Sunday and was released after paying a $5,000 bond. He was officially charged with fleeing/eluding police with disregard of safety to person or property, a second-degree felony, and also was issued a citation for speeding and making an obscene gesture towards a police officer.

According to the Fruitland Park Police Dept, a patrol officer observed McCray (in a white Dodge Ram pickup truck) traveling at 88 miles per hour in a 50 mph zone. The officer tried to initiate a traffic stop but the driver stuck the middle finger up and continued driving.

The first officer was joined by a second and they pursued the vehicle at speeds up to 100 mph before calling off the chase because the vehicle was being driven recklessly and swerving across three lanes of traffic, according to the police report.

The FPPD officer was later notified by members of the Tavares Police Department that McCray had come to a stop and appeared to be in an “altered mental status.” He was taken to a local hospital for a medical evaluation.

According to the police report, when McCray was interviewed at the hospital by the FPPD officer who initially tried to pull him over, he acknowledged he was the driver of the vehicle in question and responded, “Oh that was you? My bad.”

McCray has spent the past four seasons with the Jaguars as a core special teams player and part-time defensive player. He has 37 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 47 games and is scheduled to become a free agent in March.

McCray played two seasons in Denver and one in Buffalo before signing with the Jaguars in 2017.
