I didn't test this week when my brother caught it, so I don't know if I had it or not. When he was sick I had a sore throat, a bit of a headache, and a cough at the same time, but since I wasn't leaving the house and wasn't feeling too bad, I didn't worry about it. I have 3-4 different antiviral herbal combinations. The one I normally take didn't seem to do anything, but one of them got rid of my sore throat in about 4 hrs. I have this cold and flu tea he said worked for him. I made him a cup, and it took care of his sniffles and sneezing. I always try to get him to drink tea, and he never does. He was asking me to make this one for him though, and he has been making it and drinking it on his own.

Do you diffuse in water or with a candle/electric diffuser? The ones I have use water, I was worried about the extra moisture in the air with covid tho. I also have some passive diffusers, but I haven't set those out yet.
