Official 2025 NFL Discussion preseason edition!!!

He pretty much gave himself 2 yrs to try to prove himself in Tampa and win 1 there.. he did it first yr thanks to Tampa great defensive play in the super bowl vs chiefs.. he literally could’ve walked away after that but he wanted to be greedy and see if he could do it twice

He's all about stats and records. He wants them all. He knew he was tied with Otta Graham for chips and was behind Manning and Brees in some passing categories so he had to come back and get them.

Brady threw a lot of interceptions this year and that’s going to get worse

Earlier this week the New York Giants signed ex-Dallas Cowboys linebacker Jaylen Smith to a contract and had him suit up against his former team this week.

Smith was on the field for a handful of plays getting in on four tackles. He was also on the field during the final play of the game when the Cowboys lined up in victory formation. On that final play, Smith decided to get in on the end-of-game Cowboys’ celebration ritual, the famed Landry Shift.

Once again, Smith is on the Giants:

The Cowboys took care of business, 21-6.

It’s why they play the games.

Dan Campbell and the Detroit Lions pulled off the upset of the season, beating the Arizona Cardinals, 30-12, on Sunday.

Following the game, the rookie head coach addressed the team and gave an awesome speech:

“Hey man. Welcome to Detroit,” Campbell said. “Welcome to Detroit. Hey, I tell you what, we did everything we said we needed to do to that team. We did everything. I tell you what, defense, you took it personal. Each three-and-out man, and you guys are making them have to punt. We turn the ball over offensively, right? And then we defensively — Amani, two-four, get a turnover.

“We came after them early. We said we were going to be aggressive. We took some shots and we made ‘em. We made our shots early, and then we just started hammering. Hell, our first drive was eight minutes, man. You guys are a tough, gritty group. You are a tough gritty group. You always have been. And now you’re seeing it pay dividends. Look, a team gets one out, two out — we got multiple guys out. And multiple guys stepped up and that’s what we’re capable of.”

The Lions won their second game of the season and will travel to Atlanta to face the Falcons in Week 16.

He got away with that a few times when Lamar Jackson was at full strength but he should have checked his surroundings before making this decision.
It's a dumb call with or without Lamar.
Yup. :smh: And the muthafucka keeps trying to convince us it was the right thing to do. :hithead:

i knew he was going to go for the 2 because he went for it a couple weeks ago and tried to say it was the right move. Letting his pride cost them games now they’re 8-6..smh

This is what makes the NFL special

I just happened to watch this video on that topic yesterday. Why hasn't GB won more Super Bowls? What happened?

I never heard of him or his channel until the algorithm threw him at me yesterday as Packers content. Yeah, he ain't got no love for Brady and he doesn't hide that fact.

I know and understand the position of going for those draft picks, but that damn locker room and the Organization needed wins like a muhfucka needing a blood transfusion.

You can't put a price on the upset that they pulled yesterday against a top-tier opponent when all of the odds were against you.

I was happy for Dan Campbell and the locker room. They got a matching kneecap.
