{The Official 2021-22 NBA Thread} - Finals: Warriors vs Celtics…{4-2 advantage warriors } Dubs NBA champs, Curry MVP

But this is what happens though.

It takes winning to change minds period.

If you bring home a title or two everything changes

Being good ain't enough to remove 50 years of hope lol

Geographically it'll never happen. You'll be hard pressed to find majority Bronx/Queens/Manhattan/Staten Island people routing for the Nets.

That's like the Kings moving to San Francisco and the rest of the Bay routing for them over the Warriors

Nah not at all he's an integral piece that makes them better

Teams stay bad when they think hmm we're winning and this talented person isn't playing maybe let's trade him

Instead of saying ok cool we're good wait until we get extra talent back to be even better lol

Seeing how they didn't extend him they had reservations already..

I don't think they trade him this season but if Okoro keeps improving, he fits better next to Garland. Add Sexton is a RFA, you could atleast get something back from him this off-season that compliments your roster instead of going small again and end up in a Portland situation.

We're literally the golden state warriors lol
So I understand when there are other teams in the state who get more respect historically

Just how it is until you make history

"Golden State" because you've got two large metropolitan cities in one area and didn't want short yourself like the Niners did by aligning themselves with San Fran.

Ideally we would have been the NY Nets when leaving the ABA but the Knicks screwed that up.

We're in a way different situation if DR. J could stay home and remain with the Nets
