The official ** KEVIN SAMUELS ** discussion thread

I doubt it, that's why he stresses investing, not just saving. Inflation will likely outpace any cost of living increases you get in your pay.

I was looking at how little money black women make and it's crazy. The national median is $40k, in Florida it's around $32k :smh:, for non professional doctoral degrees it's only $65k.

And what is it for Black men?

I can't knock the come up.
Get money and status Blk man.

What he has done over the last year, the whole "manosphere" failed to do in 10+ years of being online ranting and raging.
Respects!

What has he done? Taken the conversation mainstream?

And I bet those averages is with outliers too. Like, are black men making six figures included in those averages?

I assume so, the numbers are from the BLS:

I multiplied the weekly earnings by 52.

According to blackdemographics, only 13% of black men made over $75k in 2018, only a third made over $50k.

“Working full-time” is key language here, though.

Of course. Why wouldn’t they be?

Which I was wondering.

So in reality, when you removed the 13% outliers that 45k average is much lower. Probably 35 to 38k average.

So according to those state more than 60% of black men working full time make less than 45k. Damn.

45k is a good living in the south where most black people live.

Hell in the state with the highest black percentage mississippi you can have a wife and kids on that

Yes. And that’s FULL-TIME (at least 30 hours a week depending on the source). So it’s not even taking into account those who are part-time employed, unemployed, and incarcerated.

Reality is that, across the board, 50% of Americans earn $30k or less annually. People are so woefully uninformed and unrealistic about income in America it’s ridiculous.

Good info, but you need to crunch those numbers to realize that is 30% earning $50k+ ( and ) 13% earning $75k+) of the 37% who worked full-time.

<<<The 37% of African American males who worked full time all year in 2018 had median earnings of $30,928 compared to $41,119 for ‘all men’ (above table). Of Black men ages 16 to 64 years old, 41% had no earnings in 2018 which was higher than the 30% of ‘all men’ with no earnings in the same age group.>>>

True.

In 2018, the median black household income was $41k. So folks who work part time or are unemployed have to be taken into account.

I'm watching this right now...ive been listening to KS for a while and he's come a HELL of a long way. It was almost like watching Chris Jones (Beastmode Jones) and Russell Orhii's and Comics Explained blow up..its good to see black men out there getting shit done and growing...really inspiring

Damn, I forgot Chris Jones was still out there. I thought he'd turned into a general inside-my-life YouTuber and was no longer training (like the HodgeTwins).

Why does Kevin Samuels get so emotional when a woman even *slightly* disagrees with him or challenges his opinion?

I don't see the need for him to be so patronizing and condescending to a woman I think was being respectful and trying to have an honest conversation. Starts at the 1:46:00 mark

Some of them hoes are insufferable. A steady diet will make anyone quick Triggered. I know I couldn't do it, I can't tolerate bitch babble at all.

Discipline doesn't mean physically, no beating on women absolutely NONE!

Real question, did anyone teach you how to discipline a woman?

Can you recall seeing your Father discipline your Mother? Again, NO PHYSICAL DISCIPLINE!!

While it may seem like Kevin is patronizing and condescending, I see discipline.

Please share Gent's!
