It is over for Jon Gruden, stick a fork in Chucky! the racist in him has been exposed by his own words!!

It is a joke you probably don’t want to say in a corporate setting but I can’t see it as racist.

I got a simple rule of thumb in defining something as racist
if everything was the same except the color what would be the result...

if president of NFLPA was white and Gruden disagreed with him would he refer to his lips as tires...I dont think so and for me I consider a racist comment. but thats just my thoughts. This is racist cause its a call back to a racist troope and its not commonplace to call someone a liar by refering to the size of their lips.

i see nothing wrong with Demaurice smith's appearance. that's just gruden being the ass that he his.
this is the same gruden that cut the league's best punter Marquette King without telling him to his face - because he supposedly didn't like his personality. dick move in my opinion.

you not really helping your case...
he cut the best player at his position in the league who was Black without telling him to his face cause he wasnt playing the game the right (white) way

Yes they are. That is very basis of Sambofying black people. You are defending
Jon Gruden because you agree with him, and that is shameful

I don’t agree with him I just don’t think it is that serious

Makes sense

He didnt call players ******, he was at a country concert and called security *******, and was recorded doing so. The players had a problem with it, but they also didn't do shit...but he ended up getting released and blackballed after that season was over.
He was rewarded with a multi million dollar contract before he left

The black football establishment has his fate in their hands. If they turn this
into another Donald Sterling affair, Chucky does not make it another two
weeks. Cacs may not like it, but black Americans men make American football
the relevant and compelling sport that it is. They run this as much as they run
basketball.
NBA players forced out Donald sterling, NFL players let cacs force out Colin Kaepernick... Black players in the NFL don't run shit but plays.

Believe me dude heard it all growing up and probably learned how to box because of it. Couldn’t wait for lunch period for live entertainment or am I missing something? Now at their age I say take it to the octagon!

This was Demaurice Smiths response to what that cac Gruden said about him

"This is not the first racist comment that I've heard and it probably will not be the last. This is a thick skin job for someone with dark skin, just like it always has been for many people who look like me and work in corporate America," Smith said. "You know people are sometimes saying things behind your back that are racist just like you see people talk and write about you using thinly coded and racist language."
"Racism like this comes from the fact that I'm at the same table as they are and they don't think someone who looks like me belongs," Smith said. "I'm sorry my family has to see something like this but I would rather they know. I will not let it define me."

In the aftermath of the news that Raiders coach Jon Gruden sent an email to former Washington executive Bruce Allen in 2011 containing a racist trope regarding NFL Players Association executive director DeMaurice Smith, the NFL has sent an email to all employees regarding the situation.

“You may have seen media reports today regarding a July 2011 email from Jon Gruden, who was then an employee of ESPN and is now the head coach of the Raiders,” the message begins. “The email made inappropriate and offensive references to NFLPA Executive Director DeMaurice Smith.
“These references to DeMaurice Smith in the email were denigrating, appalling, abhorrent, and contrary to our values of respect and inclusivity. We whole heartedly condemn these comments.
“We would like to remind everyone that we take our NFL values seriously. Our HR department and our leaders are always available to support anyone who feels that these values have been compromised.”
The NFL reportedly is investigating Gruden for potential discipline. The Raiders also are reviewing the matter.

I did not want to argue, but there was no way out this one;
Chucky was gonna be gone.

Jon Gruden to be removed from Tampa Bay Buccaneers Ring of Honor

I saw this. Sketchers has also dropped his ass' endorsement deal.
Chucky is fading into the cold misty and lonely night before our
very own eyes

Wrong nobody wants the blowback
It was about to blow over with his racist comments about Black people; the coons were defending him left and right. Peep game, he got fired for those derogatory homosexual comments he made. Hence, Dave Chappelle continues to be right.

Him sending pics of cheerleaders naked, calling the commissioner a faggot and trashing homosexuals sealed is fate. He will never work in the NFL again.

My point was when this thread was made we only knew about the racist stuff about Black folks & he was going to get away with that. Those coons were out in full defending him like they were going to get extra meat and biscuits from the big house. They were some "Boss, We Sick" Negroes.

All them NFL niggas are coons. They rallied around him and said “WE GOT YA BOSS!!!”

Should we really be surprised by any of this!!!??? What's more upsetting to me is, when Keyshawn Johnson spoke up about this years ago nobody got his back and he was run out of the league prematurely!!!
