He was and they both got horrible treatment by the justice system (racial, systematic, IP theft and legacy wars), but 5% guilty and 95% railroaded is still GUILTY, both of them suffered from that "white man got money and do whatever logic", instead of realizing what the fuck is up, and protecting themselves to keep that power and money. "smh" ..because crackas get away with it but most other races especially black men just become bigger targets.

They r both guilty of the same thing Trump is guilty of self hate and fear of seeking help. How tha FUCK you got money and power but need liaisons in hotels, with girls alone and wine but you trying to buy NBC and you married :hmm: How tha FUCK you control the music industry and have an amazing catalog but you hanging around 14 year old's and McDonald's :hmm: after a long public court case about the same thing!!!!!


I don't know what is true and what is not but I do know both did some dumb, unnecessary shit.

I mean, take out the marriage to Aaliyah which was already known and sparkles niece which was known, what is the new concrete evidence that deserved 8+ counts that was not based solely on hearsay/testimony?

I have not been watching the new trial, did they have videos of racketeering?



Bill is equating the testimony that was used against him in saying it was all false testimony and
the charges are all serious enough to have something more concrete.

I'm not gonna discount that testimony... and taking out Aaliyah and Sparkle's niece + discounting the witness and victims testimony is like saying, take away Sammy the Bull Gravano and what concrete evidence was there to convict John Gotti.

Did he deserve to go to jail? Maybe, probably .
But he got hit on some shit made for organized crime.
Law is made on precedent. Look for more Black men to get some racketeering charges put on their heads.
