Scenes From A Marriage Very intense and actually overwhelmingly so exploration of all types of relationships. Well acted by the entire cast with realistic scenes of turmoil and heartache.I wish HBO/MAX had posted more than one episode.
I had just happen to catch this show last night for the first time and yes it was well acted. Felt all the emotion the husband portrayed but it was a lost cause especially when she said, "I'm not attracted to you anymore. How do you fix that?" and walked out the door. And their friends knew it was about to happen but did not give him a heads up. Will be watching this more of show.
Gonna check it out soon. Thanks for the reviews & have been hearing good things from reviewers too.
On a similar note - enjoyed the movie Marriage Story from a couple of years ago. Saw it in late-2019 ... for those who like(d) Marriage Story, definitely check out the movie The Squid and the Whale (also from director Baumbach) from the mid-2000s. Good performances there too.
