Rookie mistake, trying to cram more in the tent thinking they will get more, not so. But the advantage is if you put 45 into 32 sq feet and you lose 5, it is not as serious as losing 5 out of 15. So with experience lessen the quantity as your experience grows.

anything from 1 per sq ft to 1 per sq M., depending on how long you are vegging and how many in general.

I have got the same from 9 as I got from 45 using the same tent and kit.
