Cops, some of the scariest people on the planet. Legally carry guns and still scared of their own shadow!
They shouldn't have shot him so early but I get it. He had the gun in his pocket and he moved his arms down towards his pockets before he started getting to his knees. Should have kept his arms up.

I understand, but the key word is suspect. Un4tunately, being a POC, we are automatically a suspect even when there is nothing suspect about us but our color.
Fucking piece of shit pigs tell him to do something then shoots him in the process of doing what he's told. Then those pieces of shit proceed to give him more orders after he's shot. I hope each and ever one of those pigs at least get shot in the face and die.

Proceeds to barking more orders to him while he's severely hurt.
Then,they say "Please brother do this and that" we're here to help you.While,telling him to go on his stomach while hurt.

Cops apparently aren't trained on what 7 or 8 shots will do to your ability to perform tasks on demand.

Pigs going to pig, but he was strapped up and they on an armed robbery. If you strapped up, you either running running or complying complying. No time to half ass the situation either way. 
Dude lived . Car he was driving was reported stolen. Gun found was one used in liquor store robbery

This is exactly what I've been saying about some police not being mentally strong enough to handle their jobs. That guy never had a chance. I saw no threatening move. Yet the cop shot the guy 4 times.
Someone should shoot that cop 4 times, then bark instructions to him to rollover and show his right arm. Fucking piece of shit.
Seems today its a 50/50 chance if a cop stops you, you can cancel your Christmas plans.

Then given more instructions, yet the last time he tried to follow those he got shot...
I get there is danger in the situation and suspected armed robbery but they need a protocol to all get on the same page. If one gives an order they need to have compliance among each other that they want the directive followed. May not stop this but it's step closer to more safety and would assist in better avoidance of something like the Laquan McDonald murder.

Do you really think they were scared? Most of these cops are waiting for the moment where they can shoot and kill somebody without it being question. They live for this moment...trust me. This cat didn't even make any sudden movements. They wanted to shoot and kill him.
You have to really have a freak bullet hit you to die from a shot or a high caliber bullet. But if the bullet goes in and exits without hitting any major organs or arteries you’ll love. Most people die from massive ruptures of arteries or organs blown out from bullets since they spin all inside the body .
