I'm reluctant to recommend stuff to people since covid is so serious, but on Amazon you can purchase defense plus and loviral. I've used defense plus for years when I felt a cold coming on. Loviral I haven't used as much. Both contain antiviral herbs. Google the benefits for the ingredients and read the reviews and decide if you think it would help. As with anything, use at your own risk. Defense plus can also be purchased locally from the Vitamin Shoppe. When covid first hit, it was hard to find, but it's usually in stock now. You can check the website for inventory. I don't recommend using the defense plus on an empty stomach.

Ivermectin is an inexpensive drug that is prescribed as an antiparasitic. It has gained popularity for the prevention of covid-19. Some claim that states in India that used ivermectin had much better results and significantly fewer deaths from covid than states in India that did not use ivermectin.
