Niggas scared of pork but chicken is the only meat that will nearly kill you if it touches surfaces and cross contaminates counter tops or eat it undercooked . The only other food like this is maybe reptiles and the salmonella. Meanwhile everybody acting like pork is the devil and filthy. But a god damn raw chicken must be handled like a toxic bio hazard.

Almost ALL health professionals strongly advise against rare hamburger. DON'T FUCK WITH IT! Rare steak is different cause any germs on intact meat are on the outside. They get zapped by the high heat. Pink pork is now allowable for WHOLE cuts also.

Rare beef minimum temperature is 115°. At 115° it kills any sickness/virus that could be ingested. The byproduct is the red cold center.

Rare cgicken minimum temperature is 165°. At 165° it kills any sickness/virus that could be ingested. The byproduct is that the chicken will be white in the center. You'll never get that pink inside. If it is, you may get that salmonella.

I don't eat anything but fish now. Beef had me smelling weird. Tried vegan but lost too much muscle. Since switching to fish I don't have any stomach problems and feel much better. Chicken was cool but I decided to just eat fish. When I did eat beef I would go to Ruth Chris and grab a Cowboy Ribeye. That was 5 years ago.
