AT LEAST IN Texas the judge asks under oath whether you are seeking divorce to avoid financial or debt obligations. Now that you’ve snitched, the debtor can probably argue the divorce was a fraud perpetrated to avoid debts and keep mom on the hook.
I doubt anyone will come after them like that, but it was not smart for her to get on social media and spill the beans.
