My ex started showing symptoms Sunday the 1st. Lost her smell and had positive test from her job by Tuesday. That same Tuesday I started to notice my smell going real fucking time an hour into my shift at work. Ex texted and told me to go get tested because she just did and was positive. My next hour at work was placing phone calls and cleaning my desk. The good thing is I was already wearing my mask anyway and had been wearing it for weeks.
Made it to urgent care and got tested, but they were out of rapid test. Asked them to fill some just in case prescriptions for me. Picked them up at CVS alongside a home rapid antigen test. I tested positive both times off the home kit. By this time it's 12 am, I'm super tired and no longer have any smell going on. I start to develop a cough. I'm stressing because my little boys are with my parents. My little boys that I felt were more than likely also positive. Picked up my kids telling my mother the news. Couldn't even tell my father because he'd literally worry to death.
I've had it relatively good outside of the no smell and fatigue. Had a slight cough which is gone now. Kids had fevers on different days and my youngest has a runny nose. I feel like being vaccinated has made this far easier of a go than the last time.

Bro it's odd as hell how this went down for me. I always have some mucinex on hand because of history of sinus infections. I don't have ANY congestion whatsoever which is the complete opposite of how shit went last year when I got it super early. My ex ain't doing so well. This is also her second go around and she's not vaccinated. There's a good chance I'll have to carry her ass out of her apartment and to the ER in the next 24 to 48. She's stubborn as shit.

I hear you with all that, but i'm not gon' lie... That's exactly what got my mom's boyfriend through it . He had bad symptoms for 3 weeks, felt like he was on his deathbead but he kept pushing himself to get up and stay active as much as possible, even if it was just to walk around the house a few times in the day. But a lot of real herbal teas like cerasee, mixed with other herbs, ginger, and orange peels, etc.. Doing steams, taking theraflu, getting a lot of sleep and a lot of liquids and he was back up and running after week 4 with no issues. Some things work for some people :shrug:
I ordered one, that's not the real company, the real company is Vinta and you don't need anything but that, comes with replaceable filters and different shields. Ordered a clear shield, a shaded one and a mirror one as well as the filter refills. Gonna take a while to receive because they just started shipping, started on kickstarter. My boy was one of the people who put in on the kickstarter campaign and received his last week but many haven't gotten theirs yet.
