This show was wack. The end scene shocker was just another fuck you to men imo. I like Kevin Smith, but this flashback wimpering He-Man shit, while Teela is a damn lesbian power lifter is ridiculous.

Its implied and hinted at with her being fed up with the Men in her life, her new hair style and the young sista acting as her ride or die. Plus the fact that she has no love interest in Adam or He-Man so its just speculation at this point.
 
They shouldn't have made it seem like this was a He-man show... just like Star Trek discovery was clear from the beginning that the main character wasn't the captain, they should've just been clear about what it was. Being upfront about shit is always the best policy imo
 
Man, I watched Revelation and found it entertaining. I was into He-Man as a child, but found the old (80's) cartoons unwatchable as an adult, so I was pleasantly surprised. I heard the Teela & gender-swap criticism, and found it largely justified, but I just don't care enough about He-Man's backstory or history to be offended. This is just one story with Teela driving the narrative. It brought back a bunch of characters, nostalgia, and didn't really disrespectful any characters, so as long as it was entertaining, I rock with it.

Plus, we all know any major characters ain't gonna be gone be killed-killed.
 
Garbage, I thought this was going to have a serious tone but it is the opposite. Also Buffy's voice acting has no personality.

This is the real mistake that probably would've squashed all the drama had they just released the entire season in 1 drop. To see how things unfold in full for the season instead of the mid-season finale nonsense.
 
Finally finished it. What type of feminist agenda driven bullshit did I just watch? Every male character was weak asf while the female characters were strong, assertive, and fearless. Even Adam was a hoe ass nigga. Kevin Smith, you ain't shit for this boy.
