I don't know the story behind the original posting, but they lost me with rule #1. EVERYTHING is a body part! So basically, they only want female Muslims wearing Burkas to patronize their establishment? That's the only clothing that I can think off the top of my head that covers ALL BODY PARTS (fingers, hands, wrists, forearms, elbows, biceps, knees, calves, ankles, ears, neck, head, etc.). They'd have a hard time denying anyone service based on their own posted rules because it is almost certain that everyone that they do decide to service is in some way, shape or form violating rule #1.
I honestly don't know if these rules target a specific race more than a specific generation, but the person that established and posted the rules should have put more thought into it. But hey, it's the internet so that's asking for a lot.
Your response is juvenile. Adults know how to dress. They do it every day. It is funny that they don't go to cac establishments or to work like they are on the skripper stroll. It is a time and place for everything. We as a people use to know this.
My response can be juvenile, but you must not understand how making legally binding rules work.
