If this was baseball I would say yes. But I don't think NBA will lock out. The owners pretty much have what they want with the players. Which is 50 50 split. Remember it use to be 60% for the players. So they all will take a few hits for next maybe year but no lockout. Plus they contracts about to go up because they about to get a huge upgrade on TV deals...
Cleveland kept getting top picks. Look at what Sacramento has done with their Lottery picks. Minnesota stays in the Lottery. It's hard to draft but I give them credit. They have drafted well....
