Usually two stars one every NBA championship team. Usually, you only get one team per decade that manages to win with just one star.

Those guys are old enough to be Mahomes's father... I am not saying the outcome would have been different but it's hard to believe that the injury had nothing to do with the offense being worse than it was all year and it was just the Bucs defense.

Yea. 2003 Parker was 2nd best player as a 20 year old Frenchie averaging 15ppg and getting benched in the postseason for Speedy Claxton.

I think those Spurs teams were probably just perfectly constructed teams because Duncan was top 5 of all-time. Take him out and put in any other all-time great at the position (Karl Malone, Barkley) and those teams don't win shit. I'd argue if you take him out (call him a center) and put in any guy you consider a top 10 center of all time (say a prime shaq) and they don't win titles.. because at the end of the games, you couldnt count on shaq to get the big bucket so you're left depending on parker or someone...nope
