How much money did you lose/gain this past week?

Shit I dumped all my xom. XOM is what pulled my shit down. Glad I diversified years ago. I remember buying that stock when it was 90+ and its so far off from them days. That company has a lot going on right now.

I feel you... I had another oil company (Equinor) and ended up flipping it over to XOM when it was down.. so I have decent margin of safety.

Started DCA and mainly just held it for the divvy and to act as an uncorrelated asset in relation to my tech and broad market funds. The capital appreciation is a cherry on top.

I'm highly skeptical of AMC doing what it is capable doing. Even with all of the reports that support it, and how with it's been covered by the news, and with how it's been attacked by the hedge funders. Only because cac fuckery knows no bounds with how they will take whatever hit they can when it comes to their ego and not letting the everyday person get a win. It's only when they decide to cannibalize each other where we can strategically make move to capitalize and come up.

But I am damn sure hoping this plays out the way it can.

Exactly. I do not want to be negative but I swear, they are not trying to let black people be rich.
I cannot see it going to numbers like 1k or 10k.
They will figure out a way to cheat.
If it goes to 1k or 10k or higher expect the brokerages not allowing you to sell.
They will stop you from selling.
There will be nothing you can do about it.
Nothing.

I wasn't in it. I would have been watching it to partake.

I dont think its a meme stock tho, dont quote me but it seems like a tech stock thats

involved with shit like 3d printing.

I did a fifteen second research on it, and it appears to be a decent buy and hold...

a meme stock is just a fuckboy stock to pump and dump for goofs...

dogecoin is rare in the sense it has a superstar ceo backing it,

and has the power and influence to move it from a meme

to an actual coin with real world purpose...

will that actually happen

only time will tell.....

i been holding onto AMC since last Thursday.
i expect it to get somewhere between $40-$50 by tomorrow.
i'll exit before the end of the week tho.

you dont think its a buy and hold....you are not predicting

any summer blockbusters??

if we can avoid a lockdown, and them theaters stay through all of summer

and winter. I can see it doing anywhere from eighty to a hundred.

plus amc got a shit ton of money and they plan to make moves with it...

but you really have to follow and trust YOUR intuition..

the best feeling is following through on your well-researched hunches

and cashing out...

VDRM - $12 MILLION DOLLAR CONTRACT
Expect this baby to fly today

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-...-and-Provides-Additional-Company-Updates.html

This baby may see $1 dollar by the end of the year. It's currently 4 cents.
Based on the new deals and expansion of the current agreement with the states detailed in today's PR, VDRM has added at least $2.3M in annual revenue.
And we're still waiting on the hospital contract!

FYI - I gave y'all a major head start on this play about 4 months ago.

Question for you two only because you two are the most active and seem to be knowledgeable. Why can’t amc hit GameStop’s price per?
the short squeeze a few months ago got Gamestop to where it was at. investors were more bullish with GME than AMC.
then of course, the restrictions that the trading platforms began putting in place to prevent people from buying AMC during that short squeeze really affected it getting higher than it did.
then of course with covid......it kept people in doors....and movie theaters were closed. being indoors constantly created the perfect storm for gamers.....so GME was able to flourish.

@jasonblacc

Also to this point, GME has less outstanding shares issued than AMC.
The OS multiplied by the stock price equals the total market cap. It's easier to go up if there are less shares available to trade. Supply and demand economics at play. The short interest on GME was at one point over 120% as well.

Also, GME was the catalyst that got this started. Those folks were the initial wave that triggered the temporary short squeeze back in January and they were not as aware about AMC. First movers advantage.

Yes, it is.
You gotta be patient. If you decide to go in, be ready for huge swings. Buy on the pullbacks. It will ultimately run to .25C or more based on future contract opportunities. It's the only FDA approved weed-based ointment used by hospitals all over the world for lesions and breakout.

Interesting. Appreciate this. Adding this to the reading list for later.

Still on the AMC wave... May dip out before after hours.
