Great they finally got rid of that shitty belt. I guess they made it super small cause of Riho but when Nyla Rose won it, they kept her with that little ass belt. Made the division seem like a joke with that little kid belt along with the lack of talent.
Guessing Omega wanted the title to be inspired by the Joshi's (Japanese female wrestlers) title belts.

2 observations

this match has had alot of botches
and is it just me or are they pulling a double turn

Britt needs to be champ but they gotta turn Shida heel to do it.

Sting looks like a cheap Party City Michael Myers Halloween mask....

Cinematic matches only, if they ever want to feature Sting again.

Imagine if we got that Taker/Sting match people wanted. Would have been a shit show.
Much as I hate to say it - I'm afraid so.

That time has long past now :smh:

wtf...i thought Mark Henry was a lifer
I guess just like the Big Show and Christian he felt he had more to offer than being cannon fodder for Randy Orton & random legend nights
Yeah. Big surprise. I thought they was going to announce Booker T.

Vince letting all these old timers go to AEW is a smart money move for all parties involved.

They weren't doing shit in WWE. Vince doesn't have to pay them, the old timers get a nice payday, and AEW gains experience sorely lacking.

This was a pretty good PPV. Honestly I'd rank it as AEWs best one yet.

There were some spots that went on a little too long.

Not a fan of the stadium gimmick match, but it got more entertaining as it went on.

Good show AEW.

I enjoyed the PPV. My only gripe was that Cody should've put Ogogo over and that whole 'Merica storyline was forced. It's like Cody keeps booking himself into a corner. But everything else was great.

Gonna download this one, this is the first PPV in awhile that I actually want to watch again in it's entirety.

That really needs to be his last match. He did good, but no need to keep pushing it lol

He is living up to his WCW brand lol. They had the 80's guys and were mocked in 1994-1998 for it, but ironically they were much younger (Hogan, Savage, Flair) than what he is today along with Goldberg in WWE lol.

About to look up the highlights on YouTube before I browse through the thread.

One thing I look forward to now that fans are back is who gets a pushed based on fan reactions. For the last year no one has really gotten a push due to not being able to gauge who fans want beyond the guys who already have their spot. Hangman was red hot before the pandemic. Guys like Brian Cage & Sammy Guevara are two I think will get a push.

Saw people in wrestling pages calling him Cody H or Triple Cody.

He's damn near buried everyone he's been put up against.
