Yeah, this WAS a fucked up thing to do. This should've been kept private.Dwade is a bitch for this. A whole bitch ass nigga.
I have those same issues Bruh. The only time I sleep through the night is with edibles but my mind is still hyperactive even though I'm sedated to a degree.man, reading some of the replies in here really gets you thinking of the importance of a good night's sleep, and what happens when you don't get it. I don't think i have apnea. I do, however have trouble breathing at night. Been happening for years now. I get congested at night, which has given me a bad case of night time anxiety (basically i'm afraid i will suffocate in my sleep.) I take a nasal spray for that. Then I have a big bottle of Waldryl at my bedside (active ingredient is diphenhydramine). It makes me relax and I sleep like a baby. dreams and all. Without it, i may or may not get to sleep, but i tend to wake up 2-4 hours later and cannot get back to sleep. It's like i just lay there on edge. Very frustrating.
at least i'm not the only one...man i bought a neti pot almost 2 years ago - and it's still in the box. i'm too much of a bitch to try and learn to use it.I have those same issues Bruh. I do use a Neti pot from time to time to clear my sinuses if/when shit starts to get out of hand.
I hate these fat BGOL niggas with a passion. If y'all fat muthafuckas lost weight, you wouldn't have to worry about this shit. And to think, some of y'all be in other threads having da nerve to talk about big heauxs.![]()
There's nothing to learn. Just put the saline solution in the pot with some sterile water and rinse out your nasal passages and sinuses.at least i'm not the only one...man i bought a neti pot almost 2 years ago - and it's still in the box. i'm too much of a bitch to try and learn to use it.

It's no different than washing your hands or brushing your teeth.

i use mine religiously.. i even take it out of town with me.Late on this. Finally got a CPAP machine. My wife has been on me for the last few years about my snoring. Although I could lose a little weight, I have always had nostril related breathing issues, have a deviated septum.
Been using my CPAP for the last four nights and the difference is amazing. I feel so much more rested, have more energy, and better focus through the day. Not even tired during the later afternoon hours like I used to be.
My wife even said I was so quiet sleeping she was worried the first few nights.
Man, I'm kicking myself for not getting one sooner. Yes it looks dumb as hell but I'm already feeling the benefits.

Were you using this same model and if so, how long have you had it?I got my recall letter in the mail about 2 weeks ago. I feel the same way......12 months is too long.

Are you gonna continue to use it until this can be rectified by Philips, given the duration that you've used it, or will you try to get a different model or brand?Yep..same model. I have had it for a 1 1/2 years.
and that's where I'm at now. I really dont know. I'm leaning on sending it back. Are you gonna continue to use it until this can be rectified by Philips, given the duration that you've used it, or will you try to get a different model or brand?
I don't have a CPAP but I'm trying to weigh if I'd continue using it until it could be replaced. I'd be trying to figure out the risk/benefit ratio in my mind.
That's really a fucked up decision to have to make.
Should I continue to risk this thing gassing off into my lungs or fall back and have my cardiovascular system challenged for months on end until a replacement is available?
I don't know WHICH I'd decide because I'm not faced with having to. I did notice that there are ALREADY law firms on top of it, prepared to move with Class Action lawsuits.
