Anyone investing heavily this year??

How much money did you lose/gain this past week?

Nah.
Never really warranted that price to be honest.
It rose up due to short selling having to cover and Cathy Wood positively speaking it up.

Michael Blurry is shorting this sucker to $200 or less I believe.
Wait for buying opportunities at 300 or lower.

They're cutting edge tech and innovation is market leading and it will increase again. Just not in this market.
Without those gov't credits, Tesla is struggling to make profit. It will get better in time...
I drive a model 3 but I still have to switch cars when I go to Costco. I'm getting physically sick driving the SUV bi-weekly. I wanted a model Y but I need the fed credit. I'm thinking of the Hummer but now that I saw the F150 video, I know which direction I'm heading. I will be putting my downpayment when available.

And I'm a Lucid guy too. The Model 3 is unfuckingcomfortable.

yeah i was poised ready to buy $3k more as soon as it dipped into the .20s
grabbed it at .24

That's some good shit.

I did buy more of the dip though. But that's how it goes. And they stalled on my orders twice. Tricky muthafuckas.

Thats a win.

Imagine, that's what I did. I wish I :suicide:never did it.
 just stay away from options.
No sweat... just be cautious... measured moves
just chill
keep adding to your positions
it will come back
unless you picked shitty companies

All of the above.

Now is actually the time to start nibbling in a bit. Just start dollar cost averaging some good companies or a solid ETF and build a foundation.

My recommendation:

- Put a set amount ($50, whatever) every paycheck into an ETF like VTI, VOO, SPYG, ITOT, or VT (this should be the core INVESTMENT holding of your portfolio). You don't need all of them, just pick 1 to start.
- Treat it like a savings account and let that be where you put money that you aren't comfortable losing and don't mind it to growing slowly over time
- Take some "fun money" (only money you are comfortable losing) and dedicate that to more risky satellite investments or for TRADING.

..that way you can still have your risky fun, but also have your core to fall back on.

Summary
  • On May 17th, institutional investment managers with more than $100 million AUM had to disclose their positions at the end of Q1 2021.
  • I curated a list of some of the best-performing hedge funds and looked into their holdings at the end of March 2021.
  • Several common themes appear when you look at what some of the top portfolio managers have been buying during the first quarter of the year.

I bought UONE in late January expecting it to run up during black history month, "which it didnt". And sold March. I'm kicking myself right now should have held out
man last June when that shit went from $1.50 to $36 in 3 days.....i thought my pockets were gonna explode....
i was hoping it would have done the same today. had i invested back then the way i do now......i would have easily bought about 20k shares and cleared over $700k on UONE back then.

if this even gets to half the current share price of Tesla
I would be very happy

holding 500 shares
