I think both sides were wrong. Rory and Mal get paid a lot. With no deal. Joe is emotional. One minute he says both are fired, the next he's saying they may can continue once the energy is better. But, overall, this shit was a bad look. I knew it was over the last episode. Mal was engaged in his phone the entire time and maybe said 25 words. He had zero interest to participate.

Also, everyone was emotional last episode. When Mal said, "I got friends that rap better than you." Joe would never admit it, but that hit him. These niggas been friends for years and he lived with Joe for a bit. Also, when Joe told Mal, "This podcast is none of your business." It hit personal for Mal. And Rory and Mal were both taken aback with the whole, "I don't owe yall respect, as friends." That's wild in itself. I, personally, knew it was over right there. But they have to understand, that his whole network is his life. He has put a lot into it. They have to come in there to work and not look at their phone for numerous podcasts (Mal) and challenging your employer to your hands when your making great money (Rory). And Joe is very emotional and they should have known how he was. I'm not surprised its ending like this, just shocked it didn't happen sooner.
